Verde's twelve inch pizzas are crafted with the combination of authentic ingredients and methods used in the 150 year old art of Neapolitan pizza-making. Our homemade dough is created using preservative-free Italian '00' flour, which is milled and blended in Italy, using the finest grains from around the world. Our Pizzaioli use traditional Neapolitan techniques to gently press and stretch the dough on a stone surface to form a light, airy crust. The pizzas are baked in a wood-burning oven at a blistering 850°F for 90 seconds, creating signature charred
leopard spots and a crisp, yet soft crust-hallmarks of Neapolitan pizza. Premium ingredients are featured on all of our pizzas, including housemade fior di latte mozzarella, imported bufala mozzarella and other cheeses, sauce made from San Marzano tomatoes, Sicilian extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and local seasonal vegetables when available.
Our gluten free pizzas are made with 100% gluten free flour, imported from Italy. They are prepared in a kitchen containing flour and may contain trace amounts of gluten flour. Add $6
